Whether I'm on back-to-back calls 📞, prepping offer packages 📝, or sitting down with a builder partner to go over a deal, there's always a space that fits the moment. And can we talk about the perks?! ☕️🥯 They always have iced coffee ready to go, snacks, bagels, treats, and they even do mimosas 🥂 sometimes! It's the little things like that which make you actually want to come into the office and get work done, instead of just staying home. It genuinely makes a difference in the day. But honestly, what makes VentureX Fort Mill truly special isn't just the space or the snacks — it's the people. 💛 I have to give a huge shoutout to Cat, the GM. She is an absolute angel (no pun intended 😄). She has gone above and beyond more times than I can count, always with a smile, always anticipating what I need before I even ask. Whether it's coordinating a last-minute meeting space or just checking in on how business is going, she brings a level of genuine care and professionalism you don't find everywhere. I also have to shout out Angel at the front desk! 🙋‍♀️✨ She is always so sweet, warm, and welcoming every single time I walk through the door. It's the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like you're walking into a place that actually wants you there, not just another building you're renting space in. Between Cat and Angel, the front-of-house energy at this location is unmatched. 👏 As someone who's been self-employed and building my business from the ground up over the years, I know how much the right environment matters.
